Returns & Refunds Policy
Whatever your reason for wanting to return an item, we will do our best to solve the issue.
Before you can return any model you must notify us by email at sales@hangar74.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. Never send something back without contacting us first.
When returning an item we recommend you use a tracked delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
When you contact us to request a return please include:
- Your original order number
- Your reason for return (see below)
- Whether you want a replacement or refund
- In the case of a product arriving damaged please supply photos.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and not have been modified or painted.
You must take care when packaging items for return – we will not issue a refund or a replacement for goods that are broken in transit back to us.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned for a cash refund.

- Changed my mind
- Goods not as expected
- Product did not match
- Wrong item received
- Model arrived faulty or broken
