UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked and aim to deliver all UK deliveries in 3 working days but please allow up to 5 working days.

International Delivery

We normally despatch on the next working day via Royal Mail International Tracked. Transit time is around 3 – 5 days from despatch, we therefore suggest you allow 6 working days from point of order to receiving your goods.

International Charges and Import Duty

We will complete all the necessary documentation relevant to your country. It is the responsibility of you (the customer) to pay any import duty, landing fees or other charges levied on entry to your country.

Failure to Arrive

If your oder fails to arrive please contact us. All orders are tracked and we will then be able to provide you further information.
